Welcome to Blast Bags. By visiting ripblastbags.com, watching our live streams, or buying a pack, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or buy from us.

1. Who we are

Blast Bags LLC ("we," "us") sells curated mystery Pokémon TCG packs ("Blast Bags") at tiered prices. Each tier's prize pool is published in advance on the site. The card you pull is drawn at random from that tier's active pool.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy a pack, or have a parent / legal guardian complete the purchase on your behalf. Purchases are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

3. How pulls work

• Each pack maps to a single card drawn from our published pool. We can't see or pre-pick which card a given customer gets — the draw is random from the published pool.
• Packs are opened one of two ways: on a live stream (TikTok / Instagram), where the audience watches the card revealed, or on the virtual site, where each rip is provably fair (we publish a cryptographic commitment of the outcome before you pay and reveal the seed after you rip). We never ship a sealed bag — the actual card ships to you (or you can sell it back).
• Every card displayed in a pool is real, graded as advertised (PSA, BGS, CGC, or raw), and authenticated by us before it goes into a pool.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices for each tier are listed in USD on the site. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout. Sales tax is added where required by law. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider — we never store full card numbers on our servers.

5. No guarantees on specific cards

The pool composition is public. The card you pull is random. We do NOT guarantee any specific card, rarity, or grade — only that what you pull will come from the published pool at the time the Blast Bag was sealed.

6. Buy-back program

Cards pulled from a Blast Bag are eligible for our buy-back program at 80% of current market value. Full terms on the Buy-back page.

7. Returns

All sales are final once a pack is opened — ripped live on TikTok or on screen on the site. See the Returns Policy for what we cover (lost / damaged shipments) and what we don't.

8. Intellectual property

Pokémon and all related characters, names, and trademarks are property of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, and The Pokémon Company. Blast Bags LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those entities. The Blast Bags site, branding, and content are © Blast Bags LLC.

9. Acceptable use

• Don't misrepresent the provenance or authenticity of cards you bought from us when reselling them.
• Don't try to game the system (multi-account buying, chargeback abuse, etc.).
• Don't harass our staff on stream or in chat. We'll ban and refuse future service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blast Bags LLC's total liability to you for any claim related to a Blast Bag is limited to the price you paid for that specific Blast Bag. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
