We ship every Blast Bag within 1–3 business days of the order. Domestic transit (USPS / UPS Ground) is typically 3–7 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.

If the carrier confirms your package is lost and you notify us within 30 days of the ship date, we replace the Blast Bag or refund the full purchase price — your choice. Email support@ripblastbags.com with your order number.

Send photos of the damaged item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. The damaged item must be returned to us before any replacement or refund is issued.

Before the order ships: yes, email support@ripblastbags.com immediately and we’ll refund. Once your pack has been opened (ripped live on TikTok or on screen on the site) or the card is in transit, all sales are final.

Two ways, and you never receive a sealed bag. (1) On TikTok Live: Blast Bags rips your bag on stream the moment you buy, and ships you the card. (2) On the virtual site (virtual.ripblastbags.com): you rip your pack on screen yourself — or vault it to open whenever you want — then ship the card or sell it back for store credit. Either way you get the actual card, never a sealed pack to open at home.

How does Blast Bags prove the pulls are random?
The full prize pool for each tier is published on ripblastbags.com before any pack sells — anyone can audit exactly what’s in a pool at any moment. On TikTok, every pull happens live on stream where the whole audience watches the card revealed in real time. On the virtual site, pulls are provably fair: we publish a cryptographic commitment (a hash) of your pack’s outcome before you pay, then reveal the seed after you rip so you can verify the card was locked in beforehand and could not be changed.

The card you pull — never a sealed bag. TikTok pulls ship after the live rip. Virtual pulls ship when you choose to ship from your vault, or you can sell them back for store credit instead. Raw cards ship in penny-sleeves + top-loaders; graded cards ship in their original cases.

Yes — on the virtual site every pack you buy goes into your vault. Rip it on screen whenever you’re ready, or leave it sealed in the vault as long as you like. Once you rip it, ship the card to yourself or sell it back for store credit.

Any card pulled from a Blast Bags Blast Bag is eligible for buy-back at 80% of TCGplayer market value at the time of the request. Payouts happen LIVE on TikTok — the seller joins the stream, we verify the card on camera, the audience watches the math, and the agreed amount is settled live. Transparency for both sides. Doing the verification + payout on stream means the audience sees the grade, the TCGplayer comp, the math, and the settlement. It protects the seller from being short-changed and protects us from fraud (de-cased graded cards, swapped tokens, etc.).

No cap on individual cards. We may pause the program briefly during extreme market volatility but we honor any locked quotes already issued.

Card damaged below shipped condition, the card doesn’t match our records, grade doesn’t match the original (graded de-cased or raw claimed as graded), or that card has already been bought back (one buy-back per card). Declined cards are returned to the seller at our cost.

Yes. Every card is sourced, verified, and sleeved by Blast Bags before it goes into a pool. Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) ship in their original cases at the grade advertised. Raw cards ship in penny-sleeves + top-loaders.
