Privacy Policy

This page is honest about what we collect and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email support@ripblastbags.com.
1. What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or contact support.
- Shipping info (name, address, phone) — when you buy a Blast Bag, so we can ship it. Stored only as long as needed to fulfill and support the order.
- Payment info — handled by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Shopify Payments). We never see or store your full card number. They process it under their own policies.
- Hashed IP address — for fraud detection and rate-limiting on waitlist signups. Not used to identify you personally.
- Browser / device info — standard server logs (user agent, referrer, requested URL) for security and debugging.
2. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your info with advertisers.
- We don't run third-party tracking pixels other than the analytics tools listed below.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies for the bare minimum: keeping you logged into the admin area (if you're a Blast Bags operator) and remembering your consent preferences. We may use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics or Plausible) to understand which pages get traffic — no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.
4. Third parties we use
- Vercel — hosts the site.
- Supabase — stores order, inventory, and waitlist data.
- Payment processor — handles your card.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) — get your pack to you.
- Email provider — sends order confirmations and waitlist updates.
- TikTok / Instagram — when you tap a link, you leave our site and their privacy policies apply.
5. Email
Joining the waitlist or buying a pack opts you in to transactional and product-update emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link in the footer — one click and you're out.
6. Children
The site isn't designed for or targeted at children under 13. If you're a parent and your kid signed up without your knowledge, email us and we'll delete the account.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@ripblastbags.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Note: we may need to keep some data for tax / fraud / legal reasons (typically 7 years for order records).
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Supabase Postgres encryption). Access to admin systems is gated by authentication and scoped session tokens. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry standard practices.
9. Changes
Material changes will be flagged via email to the waitlist and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
