Returns Policy

All sales are final.
Because every Blast Bag is randomized from a published pool, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or unwanted pulls. What you pull is what you get — that's the model.
1. What we cover
- Lost shipments. If the carrier confirms your package is lost and you notify us within 30 days of the ship date, we'll replace the Blast Bag or refund the full purchase price (your choice).
- Damaged in shipping. If your card or its packaging arrives visibly damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. The damaged item must be returned to us before the replacement ships.
- Authenticity issue. If your pulled card is later shown to be inauthentic or graded differently than advertised, we will refund 100% of the Blast Bag price AND repurchase the card at the listed pool value.
- Our mistake. Wrong tier, wrong card shipped, or any fulfillment error on our end — we replace or refund, your choice.
2. What we don't cover
- The card you pulled isn't the one you hoped for.
- You don't like the published pool after buying.
- The pack was already opened — ripped live on TikTok or on screen on the site — so the pull is committed.
- Damage caused after delivery (bent, creased, sleeve removed mid-handling, etc.).
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or financial situation.
3. How pulls are committed
You never receive a sealed bag to open yourself. If you buy on a Blast Bags TikTok Live, we rip the bag live on stream and the audience watches the reveal. If you buy on the virtual site (virtual.ripblastbags.com), you rip the pack on screen — or vault it to open later — and every virtual rip is provably fair: a cryptographic hash of the outcome is published before you pay, and the seed is revealed after the rip so you can confirm the card was locked in beforehand. Once a pack is opened the pull is committed, and the card ships to you. This is how we keep the published-pool numbers honest.
4. How to file a claim
- Email support@ripblastbags.com with your order number and photos / video of the issue.
- We'll respond within 3 business days.
- Approved claims are resolved within 14 business days from approval.
5. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank settlement timing depends on your card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
